After the severe weather outbreak Sunday, that same system will move into the Great Lakes and produce another round of severe storms across the Midwest into the Great Lakes. This time, the storms will produce damaging winds and hail as the main threats Monday afternoon into the evening. A brief tornado may occur but I think the chance of a tornado in this event is low.

Following this event, we head back into the High Plains for another severe weather outbreak Tuesday. That event may have more tornadoes along with damaging winds and hail. Wednesday into Friday, we may see even more severe storms in the Plains to the Ohio Valley.
