The storms will come in about every 18 hours with heavy rains along the coast and heavy mountain snows from British Columbia through northern California. Snows will also spread into the Idaho and British Columbia Mountains where over a foot will occur. Winds along the coast will be gusting over 40 mph and may cause some power outages. Expect rainfall of 1-3 inches with some locally 6 inches up against the Cascades.
