The system that produced snow for the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley continues to move to the East and will produce some heavy snow in the Northeast. Rain and flooding continues in the Pacific NW and Northern California.
Snow will impact the Great Lakes, the Ohio Valley and move into the Northeast today bringing several inches of snow accumulation. The Pac NW still continues to deal with heavy rain and flooding.

Heavy rains continue in the Pac NW, Some gusty storms will affect the NE and Carolinas, some accumulating snow will impact the Great Lakes.
