Heavy rains continue in the Pac NW, Some gusty storms will affect the NE and Carolinas, some accumulating snow will impact the Great Lakes.
Heavy rains today into tomorrow for the Pac NW and Gulf Coast. Snow comes into the picture tomorrow and throughout the rest of the week.
