Hurricane Francine is set to make landfall today around Morgan City Louisiana as a Category 1, close to Category 2 Hurricane. Here are the area of impacts and projected precipitation of Francine. The Louisiana Coast will take a direct hit and have some pretty major flooding with projected totals close to a foot of rain in the next few days.
