A disturbance in the Gulf has strengthened quickly and now Hurricane Milton has formed and is set to become a major hurricane. Sunday Tropical Storm Milton was upgraded to a category 1 hurricane with winds around 70mph. Over the next few days Milton will strengthen into a category 3 hurricane as he makes landfall near Tampa Bay. The flooding and storm surge to the area will be devastating, along with hurricane force winds and gusts.
