Cold temps this morning in the Upper Plains and Northeast. Snow showers over the Great Lakes that will move into the Northeast late tonight into tomorrow, that will bring some accumulating snow 1-4” and some mixed precipitation. Some rain and gusty conditions in the Pacific NW.
