Hope everyone has a good Holiday! Today some storms will develop in Texas and make their way through the Mississippi Valley, and could be severe. Some localized flooding in the area is not out of the question. Rain and snow continue to impact the Pacific NW, with snow and windy conditions in the Northern Rockies. Some mixed precipitation in the Green Bay Area could bring some freezing rain to the area.
