Rain in the Midwest and Great Lakes today, stretching down to New Orleans. Rain and snow continue in the Pacific NW and Northern Rockies. Late tonight and into tomorrow the Northeast could see some freeing rain, and icy conditions. Also later tonight the northern parts of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota could see the rain turn into snow with some accumulations of 1-4”.
