A clipper coming through the Plains, Midwest today, and into the Ohio Valley later tonight. Accumulations look to be around a coating to 2”, with some mixed precipitation in some areas. Some light snow in the Syracuse area with accumulations of a coating to a 1”. Rain in the Phoenix area today.
