Daily Maps Saturday March 15th, 2025

Another day with severe weather in the Southeast today. After last nights storms came through the Mississippi Valley, spawning several tornadoes, today looks to continue. Thunderstorms are already making their way through the Tennessee Valley as they move to the east. The threat today will be wind damage, hail, and tornadoes. The Southeast will also see significant rain with these storms, and have the potential for some localized flooding. Up in Minnesota today, they will be getting snow, from the backend of the storm that came through the Midwest yesterday. For most of Minnesota expect accumulations of a coating to 3-4” with some areas in the middle of the state seeing over 4”+.
