Rain today in the Mid-Atlantic states, as a low develops over the coast. Delaware and NJ could see 1-2” of rain from this low. Some of that rain will be mixed with snow for parts of the Northeast today, with accumulations around 1”. Milder temps making their return to the Plains and parts of the Great Lakes. The Northeast and Eastern parts of the Great Lakes will remain cooler today. Some thunderstorms will break out later today in the Southeast and in Florida.
