A busy day today with weather. The Rockies and the Denver metro area will see some accumulating snow today through tomorrow. The Rockies will see over 4”+ while Denver will see 1-4” and areas further south of Denver could see higher totals. Severe weather has already broken out across Wisconsin this morning. Those storms will continue to the east into Michigan by mid day. Later tonight across the Midwest into the Mississippi Valley and Texas, more storms will develop and have the potential to be severe. Tornadoes could be possible with the line of storms given the dew point temperature increasing throughout the day. Hail and gusty winds will also be associated with the line of storms later tonight. Temperature wise a nice day for most of the US, with some cooler temps out West and in the Northern Plains.
