Today the Plains into Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle will continue to deal with rain and thunderstorms. Some of those storms will be severe and produce some wind and hail. Tornadoes are not out of the question with these storms. The Central Plains into Texas could see some localized flooding from all the rain they have received this week. Rain and thunderstorms in the Northern Plains today as well as the Tennessee Valley into parts of the Southeast. Cooler weather making its way across the Northern Plains as well.
