Today severe weather will develop in Oklahoma through the Texas panhandle, bringing some heavy rains, and hail. Rain and thunderstorms already making their way into Wisconsin and the Tennessee and Ohio Valley’s. Those storms and more will develop throughout the Midwest today as they move to the east. Heavy downpours with these storms could lead to some localized flooding from the Ohio and Tennessee Valley’s to the Mississippi Valley, and into Texas. Cooler day for the Northern Plains into the Upper Great Lakes today. The Warm weather continues to be in the South and Southwest.
