Rain and some thunderstorms already developing today for parts of the Ohio Valley down into the Southeast. The East will see some wet conditions today as well as a chance for severe weather across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. With these storms damaging winds and hail will be what to watch out for. localized flooding will also be an issue with these storms bringing several inches of rain to the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys. Cooler weather today in the Plains and parts of the Great Lakes, with the warmth hanging out in the south.
