This morning we are already seeing showers and thunderstorms in the Tennessee Valley and parts of the Northeast. That will be the theme today as we look towards another day of severe weather. Parts of the Northeast all the way through the Ohio and Tennessee Valley’s, into the Mississippi Valley and parts of Eastern Texas, will be where we can expect the bulk of the severe weather. With these storms wind, hail, heavy rains, and tornadoes will all be in play. Localized flooding will also be an issue in the Ohio and Tennessee Valley’s today will all the rain the areas will see today. More showers today for the Northern Plains into parts of the Upper Great Lakes, as well as the Pacific NW. An overall warm day across most of the US, with some cooler temps in the Northern Plains.
