This morning we are seeing showers across the Northeast, Great Lakes, The Plains, and Southern Texas into the lower Mississippi Valley. Storms will develop in the Southern Plains into Texas today and become severe, and produce some gusty conditions. More rainfall in the Southeast and Texas will create some localized flooding. Warmer temps will continue to be in the South while the Eastern part of the US continues to be in a cool wet weather pattern.
