Today parts of the Northeast are still dealing with some heavy rains that will taper off throughout the day into tomorrow. Later tonight some storms look to develop in the Plains will move into the Southern Plains into Texas. Strong winds and hail will be the hazards with these storms. Smoke from the wildfires in Canada continue to come down in the Plains, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and parts of the Southeast. Some of those area could see some poor air qualities from the smoke. Continuing to watch the tropics over the next week or two to see if anything develops.
