Today we will see storms form out across the Plains, and bring some heavy rains as well. Some localized flooding could be an issue. These storms will bring some gusty winds and hail to the area, an isolated tornado is not out of the question. Most of the Eastern part of the US is still dealing with some hazy skies due to the smoke coming down from the Canadian wildfires. Warmer weather today for much of the US, with temps in the 90’s in the Southern Plains into Texas.
