Today we are already seeing showers and thunderstorms move through the Plains into the Midwest. These storms will continue to the east today and extend from parts of WI down into Texas. Strong winds and hail will be the hazards today. A Tornado is not out of the question, and heavy rains will create some localized flooding in certain areas. Most of the eastern US still seeing a haze from the Canadian wildfires. Warmer temps continue to be in the South and Southwest. The Northeast will see some warmer temps than they have been seeing.
