This morning we are already seeing showers and thunderstorms out across central Texas and parts of the Northeast. Texas looks to see several inches of rain in the next few days with daily occurrences of storms coming in. Flooding will be an issue in the coming days for the southern portions of Texas. Later tonight severe storms will come through Texas with hail and damaging winds. The Plains into the Great Lakes still dealing with the smoke from the Canadian wildfires. Nothing forming in the tropics as we continue to watch to see if anything develops.
