Today we will see some storms develop in parts of Iowa into Nebraska and Kansas, and look to be severe. These storms will bring heavy rain, hail, gusty conditions, and the possibility of tornadoes. The Southeast looks to see some showers and thunderstorms as well today, but they don’t look to be severe. With the rains in the Southeast, there could be some localized flooding in some areas. Nothing going on in the tropics currently.
