This morning we are already seeing more showers and thunderstorms across parts of the Midwest, that produced some heavy rains last night. More of the same today as severe weather will impact parts of the Midwest, Upper Great Lakes, and in the Plains today. More localized flooding is possible today. Showers and thunderstorms will also develop in the Mid-Atlantic states as well as in parts of the Southeast today. Nothing going on in the tropics.
