Today some gusty storms will develop in the Central Plains extending to the East into the Ohio Valley, and bringing some heavy downpours. We could see some localized flooding in those areas as well today. Parts of the Northeast will see some severe storms develop later in the day, also bringing some gusty conditions and some hail. The Four Corners states will see some showers and thunderstorms today as a monsoonal flow continues in the area bringing daily rains.
