Today we will see some severe storms break out across the Midwest into the Ohio Valley and into parts of the Mid-Atlantic States. Heavy rains, winds, and hail will also be hazards with these storms. Later today more storms will develop in the Northern Plains, which could become severe. Still watching the tropics this week to see if anything forms. The week ahead looks to be warm and humid for the central part of the US.
