Today more severe weather will develop in the Northern Plains into the Upper Great Lakes, with gusty storms, hail, and heavy rains. A tornado can’t be ruled out with high dew points temps in the area, giving the atmosphere all the ingredients for a tornado. The Four Corner States will continue to see the monsoonal flow bringing daily rains, and possible localized flooding. The Plains into Texas will be hot today with temps in the 90’s with some areas getting over 100 degrees. Nothing going on in the tropics for the next few days.
