Today we will see some gusty storms develop from the Upper Great Lakes into the Plains, and parts of the West. Some heavy downpours will also be associated with these developing storms today. We can also expect some localized flooding in these areas. Hot and humid conditions continue today across the Midwest, Plains, and Texas with temps in the upper 90’s and some areas seeing over 100 degrees. In Gulf Coast over the next few days we will be watching a low-pressure system that will bring some significant rainfall and gusty winds to the area.
