Today we will see some gusty storms across the Plains into the Upper Great Lakes. The Southeast will see some showers and thunderstorms today, will some locally heavy rains. The Four Corners States will also see some showers and thunderstorms today with the monsoonal flow. As Hurricane Erin continues to move to the North in the Atlantic, as we wait to see what else forms in the next few days. The Outer Banks still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Erin, with high surf and dangerous rip tides.
