Daily Maps Sunday August 24th, 2025

Today The Four Corners States will continue to deal with daily monsoonal storms impacting the area. Localized flooding, lightning strikes, and gusty conditions will be associated with these storms. The Pacific NW continues to deal with wildfires and the smoke gradually getting worse in those areas. Tropical Storm Fernand has been named by the NHC. Fernand will stay out in the Atlantic and will pose no threat to the US. Later tonight some showers and thunderstorms will roll into parts of the Northeast, and don’t look to be severe.
