Today some showers in the Upper Great Lakes and out in the Pacific NW. Some showers and thunderstorms will develop later out in the Plains. Still watching Saturday for the return on severe weather out across the Mississippi Valley. The Northern Rockies could see some snow this weekend in the higher elevations. Watching the tropics later in the month to see if anything develops and moves through the Caribbean.
