Today some showers still lingering in the Northeast after bringing some rain to the area yesterday. The higher elevations in the Northeast today will see some wet snow, along with the area seeing some significant winds at 35-45mph. Later tonight the Pac NW will see some showers move into the area. Hurricane Melissa dealt with the shear yesterday, while still listed as a Cat 1 storm, but will soon dissipate and track off in the Atlantic. Much of the US seeing some cooler weather today with the warmth the further south you go.
