This morning we are seeing some showers come through the Philadelphia area. Today a chance for some severe weather to develop across parts of Texas into Oklahoma. That threat will continue tomorrow as well. These storms will be gusty at times, and also produce some heavy rains. Localized flooding could be a concern over the next two days. Out in the Southwest more rain through Friday, this rain could pose another risk for some localized flooding. Still watching some snow systems towards the end of the month in the northern half of the US.
