This morning we are already seeing showers and thunderstorms from Southern Illinois down into Texas. Some of the storms in Texas into Oklahoma could become severe, bringing damaging winds and hail. A tornado is not out of the question in Southern Texas. With these storms parts of Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri could see some localized flooding from the amount of rain these storms will produce. Southern California into AZ and NM will also see some rain today, and could see some localized flooding yet again from all the rain the area has seen over the past few days.
