This morning we are already seeing a mess of a system go through the Northeast, with snow mixed with some sleet and freezing rain. Areas north of the I-95 corridor are seeing mostly snow mixed with some rain, while areas south are seeing rain. Most areas will see accumulations of 1-4” with areas in NE Pennsylvania, southern NY, And parts of the New England area seeing over 4”. Down in the Southeast showers and thunderstorms are already impacting the area, with some of those storms bringing gusty conditions to the area. With the rain in the Southeast over the last day, we could also see some localized flooding as well. The Rockies are seeing some snow move through the area today, into tonight. The Denver metro area could also pick up some snow today and into tomorrow, especially with how little snow they have seen so far.
