Daily Maps Monday December 29th, 2025

This morning, we are seeing snow, rain, and gusty conditions across the Great Lakes into the Northeast. Out ahead of a cold front that came through the Great Lakes and Midwest, some rain in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, extending into the Southeast. That cold front extends from Canada down into the Southeast. In the Great Lakes some snow and gusty conditions will persist into tomorrow. The cold front brought some very cold weather late last night and into the overnight hours. Less than 24 hours prior temps in the area were in the 40’s and 50’s, and now in the teens and twenties. Most areas will see a coating of snow while areas closer to the Great Lakes will see 8”+, and that total decreasing the further you get with accumulations of 4-8”. Wind gusts of 35-45mph will create some blowing snow and some dangerous driving conditions.
