Daily Maps Tuesday December 30th, 2025

Today the Northeast and Ohio Valley will see some lake-effect snows, and another clipper will come through the Great Lakes today bringing more accumulating snow. The clipper coming through looks to bring a coating to 2” to the area. Areas along the Great Lakes will continue to see their snow totals increase for the week, where some areas will see over 8”. Gusty conditions will impact the Northeast today and the Great Lakes tomorrow, with gusts of 35-45mph. The rain returns to California tomorrow and could provide another round of flooding to the area. After yesterday’s cold front moved through, much of the eastern part of the US is cold this morning with temperatures in the 20’s and 30’s for much the Southeast.
