This morning, we are seeing showers coming through California and the Pacific NW. The rain will impact these areas throughout the week, with California seeing the potential for some localized flooding. With the wet and stormy conditions out in the west, The Rockies and Sierras will see several inches of snow this week. Much of the US is experiencing some milder weather. Areas in the Plains and Midwest today will see temps in the 50s and possibly into the 60s. Looking ahead, a stormy week is on tap for the Upper Plains, Upper Great Lakes, and into parts of the Northeast with rain, snow, and some mixed precipitation.
