Another day with severe weather and heavy rainfall. Storms already breaking out across Kansas and Oklahoma this morning. More storms will develop later today in Texas. Hail, gusty conditions, and tornadoes are all possible with these storms developing. The Tennessee and Mississippi Valley’s will continue to deal with some dangerous flooding as this area has received several inches of rain the last few days. Colder temps coming down across the Plains today which sets up some cooler temps next week for the Plains, Midwest, and Northeast. Snow today in The Rockies will stretch south into parts of New Mexico and NW Texas. Accumulations look to be 4-8”.
